Our renowned dry white wine offers a blend of the two indigenous grape varieties, Thrapsathiri and Vilana. The wine has a delicate aroma, a full body balanced acidity, with a long aftertaste. It accompanies perfectly white meat and seafood. Best served at 14 º C.

The well-known grape variety Chardonnay, is grown in a unique microclimate, to produce a pleasant dry white wine with exotic fruit aromas. It has a rich body and a unique aftertaste. Our Chardonnay goes well with white meat and seafood. Best served at 14 º C.

Organic Red wine

Toplou Liatiko-Mandilari

Our renowned dry red wine is a blend of two indigenous grape varieties. The fruity character of Liatiko, combined with the aggressiveness of Mantilari, gives a balanced wine with forest fruits aromas and a long aftertaste. It perfectly accompanies cooked food and grilled meat. Serve at 18 º C.

Toplou Merlot-Syrah

An excellent dry red wine with a deep red color. Small red berry aromas full-bodied with a slightly tannic structure. A good combination with red meat.

Toplou Syrah

A dry red wine made of Syrah from the eastern part of Crete. One year aged in oak-barrels and 2 years reserve.

Toplou Rosé wine

Our renowned rosé wine is orange-Saumon in color, with aromas of peach and mandarin. A fresh sour taste balanced with the velvety volume of the dry rosé wine. Accompanies seafood or spicy dishes, but also ideal as an aperitif.

Toplou Sweet Wine

Our award-winning sweet wine is made from sun-dried red Liatikos grapes, ligthly pressed and fermented for a few months. The Holy Monastery uses ancient traditional natural methods, under the experience and unceasing care of the Toplou Monks. Keep chilled between 8-10 º C, and complement with creamy chocolate desserts, fresh or dried fruit, and nuts.
